The Galleon Condominium Apts., Inc. is a luxury high rise residential condominium located near the north end of the prestigious Galt Ocean Drive, Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The Galleon’s unique curved architecture allows for a direct ocean view from all 214 apartments. The spacious marble lobby is entered from a beautiful circular fountain drive with plenty of guest parking. The large pool area is surrounded by a  several  large garden areas with plenty of tables, chairs,  umbrealls and shuffleboards. One level down near the beach is a full sundeck with more tables, chairs, umbrellas, and a barbecue grill and shower with direct  access to the beach. A large observation area on the roof where you may sunbathe or  just enjoy the view of a lovely sunset and beach events such as the Air & Sea show and July 4th fireworks. Our two large party rooms are used for Board meetings, committee meetings, and association functions, and are available to the Galleon residents at no charge. There is a fully equipped kitchen and large ice machine available for parties. The Galleon has several large, newly equipped exercise rooms, saunas and showers. There is 24-hour in-house security. The building is monitored with 21 closed circuit video cameras, all monitored and recorded at the main security desk. The full-time maintenance and housekeeping department staff  keep our building in first-class condition.
